Signing up for a 3-month program is no small undertaking. I recognize the investment - financially, emotionally, & spiritually - that my clients are making when they say "I need help. And I'm trusting you."

First things first, "Is this a weight loss program?"

No. The Soulful Food and Body Experience has roots in mindfulness and intuitive eating, neither of which endorse weight loss as a goal.

Occasionally with intuitive eating, you may lose weight. Just as frequently, however, your weight will stay the same or you may gain a few pounds. Especially if you've been restricting your food intake significantly prior to the program.

The Soulful Food and Body Experience places emphasis on your relationships with food and your body.

Food and body FREEDOM are the goals. Not weight loss.

This means that a lot of our work together focuses on shifting your mindset, noticing biases, discovering beliefs, getting reacquainted with your body, and learning how to live a heart-centered life.

Are you going to post pictures of me or talk to other people about my struggles?

Absolutely not.

I adhere to strict confidentiality before, during, and after our program.

I've had clients who were my friends, clients who live in the same city as me, clients who live far away. No matter the circumstances, your identity will remain anonymous.

If I reference our work together publically, I make sure to change any identifying details.

I wish body insecurity and food struggles were topics people felt comfortable discussing more publically.

However, I recognize that many people still feel embarrassed or timid to talk about their body and food journeys and I want to honor that.

What makes you different than other coaches or qualified to do what you do?


With the rise of social media, people have started choosing leaders/coaches/healers based on the number of Instagram followers they have or how many podcasts they've been on.

Popularity does not equal quality.

When you're seeking mental health support, it's very important to look at tangible qualifications and experience.

I have my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image.

I AM NOT qualified to give you the support that a dietician, primary care physician, or a psychiatrist can give you. Discussing specific nutritional guidelines, diagnosing a disease, or prescribing medication aren't in my wheelhouse.

We all have areas of expertise. Emotions, thoughts, behaviors, mindfulness, & Broadway are mine. 😉

You know those friends that you always call in the middle of a breakdown because you know they're really good listeners, don't judge you, and can handle whatever emotional state you're in?

That's me.

I love supporting people and I'm darn good at it.

As for what makes me/my coaching speciallllll???

  • Mindfulness is my jam (think lots of reflection, meditation, journaling, etc,)

  • Getting you EMBODIED is something I focus on. I believe that in order to heal your relationship with your body, you have to first feel your body.

  • I believe that all thoughts and actions are rooted in either love or fear. Therefore we spend a lot of time learning to choose love instead of fear.

  • My philosophy includes a spiritual component - whatever that means to you. I operate under the principle that in order to truly heal, we need to connect with that which is greater than ourselves. The "more," the universe, a higher power, God, Spirit, soul, light.

If this ☝ doesn't resonate with you, totally cool. Hiring me as your coach probably isn't the best move.

Just remember: whoever you do hire, make sure they have legitimate education and training in mental health. pleaseeeee.

3 months is a long time. Do I have to commit to the whole thing?

Yes. The Soulful Food and Body Experience is structured so that each month builds off of itself. Lasting change takes time, dedication and endurance. ♥

How much does it cost?

The Soulful Food and Body Experience costs $1,297 for the 3 months. You can pay this upfront or three monthly payments of $433.
